Our work over the last three years has focussed on building networks, peer groups, collaborations and partnerships and this approach has been valued as a way to connect, share, access resources and improve outcomes for the people they serve.
We are building a coordinated network of partners that works to strengthen and restore relationships through working closely with a wide range of different stakeholders and bringing together the voice and views of those with lived experiences.
At the heart of connecting communities is Wiltshire Together which is a key tool for connecting people and services together.
